In the latest issue of MotorTrend. No idea what it is. I see a C-47 in the background so I'm assuming it's at some sort of museum.
EDIT: !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! Apparently it's a 747 that was modified for use in Casino Royale as a prototype. Interesting.

I would have said B-52, based on the engine pod, but the mount is slightly off on the leading edge and the wing mounted wheel is definately not a B-52... not sure...

That is 747 G-BDXJ at the Top Gear Test Track.
It is tarted up now a movie prop.
